This programme is intended for lawyers, legal consultants, corporate jurists, magistrates, or other professionals holding a bachelor’s degree.

Number of Seats: 50 (Seats will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis).
Expected Start Date: September 17, 2026.
A 2nd phase may be opened, for filling leftover seats from the 1st phase.
The application will only be validated after payment of the respective fee within the deadline. The payment date determines the application order.
- Copy of Identification document (Citizen Card or Passport)
- Degree certificate or higher academic degree* – for candidates external to UCP - Porto and for issuance of Postgraduate Certificate purposes.
- Curriculum Vitae
- Form for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) – if applicable
Documents issued in other countries must be legalized by a Portuguese diplomatic or consular authority in the issuing country, or bear the Hague Apostille, unless they were issued in the United Kingdom, in EU countries, or in countries belonging to the European Economic Area or the European Free Trade Association.
When documents are written in a foreign language other than Spanish, English, or French, a translation must be provided, prepared in accordance with the provisions of notarial law.
Online Application Submission
Before submitting your online application, please ensure that applications for the course you wish to apply for are open. You should also verify which documents need to be submitted and upload them when submitting your application within the application deadline.
Upon submission, receipt of your application will be confirmed along with payment information (Multibanco reference for candidates residing in Portugal or IBAN for candidates residing abroad). The application will only be valid once payment is made.

Your application will only be valid once the payment of the respective fee has been confirmed by UCP. Therefore, you must make the payment according to the Multibanco references provided in the final application information and send the proof of payment to (candidaturas.porto@ucp.pt).

The results will be communicated via email to each candidate.
If admitted to the Postgraduate program, you will be contacted to proceed with enrollment, which will be done through an online system. At that stage, you will need to submit:
Passport-style photograph (*.JPG, *.PNG, or *.GIF)
Copy of the vaccination record proving the tetanus vaccine (only the page related to this record)
Enrollment form and other specific documents to be indicated at the time of admission
Proof of payment of the 1st installment (payment method information will be provided in the communication regarding access to the enrollment platform).
