Enrollment for the Postgraduate Program in Occupational Nursing is open to holders of a Nursing degree with a valid registration in the Portuguese Nursing Association.

Candidates are admitted in order of registration until all vacancies are filled, provided that the conditions in item 1 are met and the application process is complete.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree Certificate* (detailed, indicating course units, grades obtained, ECTS credits, and final average) – Only for graduates external to UCP Porto
• Copy of Identification Document and Taxpayer Card
• Curriculum Vitae
• Proof of valid registration with the Portuguese Nursing Association
• Form for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) – if applicable

NOTES: The original certificate must be presented upon admission at a date and time to be defined by the Academic Services.

When documents to be submitted were issued outside Portugal, they must: a) be legalized by the Portuguese diplomatic or consular authority, OR b) bear the Apostille issued by the competent authority of the issuing country, if that country has acceded to the Convention Abolishing the Requirement of Legalisation for Foreign Public Documents (Hague Convention). When documents are written in a foreign language other than Spanish, English, French, or Italian, a certified translation must be provided in accordance with notarial law.

Online Application Submission

Before submitting your online application, please ensure that applications for the course you wish to apply for are open. You should also verify which documents need to be presented and upload them when submitting your application within the application deadline.

After submitting your application, you will receive confirmation of receipt, along with payment information (Multibanco reference for candidates residing in Portugal or IBAN for candidates residing abroad). The application will only be effective once the payment is made.

Your application will only be considered valid once the payment of the respective fee has been confirmed by UCP. Therefore, you must make the payment according to the Multibanco references provided in the final application information, and send the payment receipt to (candidaturas.porto@ucp.pt).

If you are admitted to the Postgraduate program, you will be contacted to proceed with enrollment, which will be carried out through an online system. At this stage, it will be necessary to submit:

• Passport-style photograph (*.JPG, *.PNG, or *.GIF)

• Copy of vaccination record to prove tetanus vaccination (only the page related to this record)

• Enrollment form and other specific documents to be indicated at the time of admission

• Proof of payment of the 1st monthly fee (information on payment methods will be provided in the communication granting access to the enrollment platform).
