Those eligible to enroll in the Postgraduate Program in Health Quality Management are holders of a Bachelor's degree in Health-related fields, or other graduates who currently work or intend to work in the area of Health Quality Management.

The opening of applications for the 2nd phase depends on vacancies remaining from the 1st phase. Vacancies will be filled in order of registration.

  • Photocopy of Identification Document (Identity Card / Citizen Card or Passport)
  • Curriculum Vitae
  • Bachelor's Degree Certificate* (detailed, including course units, grades obtained, ECTS credits, and final average) – for candidates external to UCP;
  • Form for students with Special Educational Needs (NEE) – if applicable

* NOTES:

1. You must attach the certificate in digital format (original or certified copy).
2. When the documents to be submitted have been issued in another country (outside Portugal), they must:
      a) be legalized by a Portuguese diplomatic or consular authority, OR
      b) contain the Apostille issued by the competent authority of the issuing country, in case that country has adhered to the Convention Abolishing the Requirement of Legalisation for Foreign Public Documents (Hague Convention).
3. When the documents are written in a foreign language other than Spanish, English, French, or Italian, a translation made under the terms established by notarial law must be provided.

Please make sure that applications are open beforehand.
 

 

Upon submission of your application, you will receive a confirmation of receipt along with payment information (Multibanco reference for candidates residing in Portugal or IBAN for candidates residing abroad). The application will only be considered effective once the payment has been made.

Your application will only be valid once the respective payment has been confirmed by UCP. Therefore, you must make the payment according to the Multibanco references indicated in the final application information.

The results will be published on a digital platform with restricted access to candidates, who will receive their credentials and access link by email near the date of publication. The results will be presented with one of the following statuses:

  • Admitted” - if the candidate is admitted without any conditions

  • Conditionally Admitted” - admission is dependent on the completion of the degree and presentation of the respective supporting documents by the stipulated date

  • Deferred to Next Phase” - the candidate will be evaluated in the next phase on equal footing with new candidates appearing in that phase

  • Not Admitted

Only admitted candidates will be able to complete the enrollment process.

Enrollments will be conducted through an online system, access to which will be granted to admitted candidates after the publication of results. On this platform, it will be necessary to submit:

  • Passport-style photograph (*.JPG, *.PNG, or *.GIF)
  • Copy of the vaccination record to prove the tetanus vaccine (only the page related to this record)
  • Enrollment form and other specific documents to be indicated at the time of admission
  • Proof of payment of the enrollment fee and the 1st installment (information about payment methods will be provided in the communication granting access to the enrollment platform)

Failure to complete enrollment within the stipulated deadline will be considered as withdrawal by the candidate.

The originals of the previously submitted documents must be presented at a date and time to be defined by the Academic Services.
