Applicants eligible for the Postgraduate Programme in Servant Leadership include holders (alternatively) of:
a) A Bachelor's degree or its legal equivalent;
b) A foreign higher education degree awarded after completion of a first cycle of studies, organised according to the Bologna principles;
c) A foreign higher education degree recognised as meeting the objectives of a Bachelor's degree by the Scientific Council of the Faculty of Education and Psychology;
d) An academic, scientific or professional curriculum recognised as demonstrating the capacity to undertake the Postgraduate Programme by the Scientific Council of the Faculty of Education and Psychology.
Applications 2025/2026 - Information being updated
Number of Places: 30 (to be confirmed) - (for each edition and to be filled in order of application, giving priority to degree holders).
The opening of applications in each phase depends on the remaining places from the previous phase.

* NOTES:
The original certificate must be presented, if admitted, before the start of classes, on a date and time to be set by the Academic Services. Documents issued in other countries must be legalized by the Portuguese diplomatic or consular authority in the issuing country, or bear the Hague Apostille. When documents are written in a foreign language other than Spanish, English, French or Italian, a certified translation must be provided in accordance with notarial law.
Please ensure that applications are open before proceeding.
Upon submission of the application, receipt will be confirmed along with payment information (Multibanco reference for applicants residing in Portugal or IBAN for applicants residing abroad). The application will only be effective once payment has been made.

Your application will only be valid once the respective fee payment has been confirmed by UCP, therefore you must make the payment according to the Multibanco references indicated in the final application information.

Application and enrolment fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, even if the student cancels enrolment before the start of the course. A refund of the first instalment will be granted provided the student announces their withdrawal before classes begin, through an online request addressed to the Faculty Directorate.
The results will be published on a digital platform with restricted access to candidates, who will receive their credentials and access link by email on a date close to the publication. The results will be presented with one of the following designations:
“Admitted” - if the candidate is admitted without any conditions
“Conditionally Admitted” - admission is dependent on the completion of the degree and submission of the respective supporting documents by the stipulated date
“Deferred to Next Phase” - will be assessed in the next phase on equal terms with new candidates entering at that stage
“Not Admitted”
Only admitted candidates will be able to complete enrolment.
Enrolment will be conducted through an online system, access to which will be granted to admitted candidates after the publication of results. On this platform, it will be necessary to submit:
- Passport-style photograph (*.JPG, *.PNG or *.GIF)
- Copy of vaccination record proving tetanus vaccination (only the page related to this record)
- Enrolment form and other specific documents to be indicated at the time of admission
- Proof of payment of the enrolment fee and the first instalment (information on payment methods will be provided when access to the enrolment platform is communicated)
Candidates will be presumed to have withdrawn if enrolment is not completed within the stipulated deadline.
Originals of the previously submitted documents must be presented at a date and time to be determined by the Academic Services.
